Wanted: Apartment La Tercia Golf Resort - Page 2

we looked at La Tercia 2 years ago and were shocked at how derelict it was. We drove past again this week and no improvement. There is no golf course as left to deteriorate. We bought on HR and are delighted with everything it offers. If you are looking in this region there ate 100s of properties to rent whilst you look around, and some very helpful agents. Good luck with your search.

Try sucina great village 

Don't bother with la Tercia seriously! Go to Hacienda Riquelme in sucina. A well kept resort very reasonable prices and great location!

Hi try looking at Sierra Golf just down from LaTercia, we have a 9 hole golf  course NO community charges, Golf club has a bar and they serve meals, 2 bars on site that have entertainment and serve meals 1 also has a swimming pool we are a 5 min drive to Balsicas there are banks supermarkets bars restaurants, then a short drive to San Javier

Have you looked at the village of La Puebla?

3 golfcourses very nearby, 18 holes, there are no comunal fees to pay and the house which is for sale there is beautiful. Contact through mail if interested.
