Hi,  is it correct that you can only rent your property out for only 120 days with Airbnb? If so ,  do you then rent it out elsewhere for the remaining time period?

A Spanish couple I know were renting out a property through airbnb but did not have a tourist licence and were fined very heavily, they thought that it was not necessary to have a licence as they had been renting for years and did not think that Spanish authorities had access to airbnb information,

That is why I sugested ask airbnb

Thanks, I am definitely getting a tourist license.  Just trying to cross the Ts and Dot the Is.  I’ll stick with the 120 days with Airbnb and list elsewhere for the remainder.
