Hello everyone

I am interested in buying a  property in sucina.

I have seen that there are a lot of flats available in Avenida Constitution, by  one of the supermarkets and near to Murcia golf homes as you come into the village.

Does anyone live in these flats?

Is there something wrong with them as there are so many available?

Any information would be greatfully received.

Thank you

Joel

reason for large number of properties for sale is due to the banks repossessing apartments previously owned by bankrupt spanish property companies!

own an attico in la vereda complex great community spirit and beautiful pool only major problem is getting back up the hill from frankie’s at the end of the night 😎

Thank you Joel for taking the time to respond.

Ok now I understand, thanks for explaining about most of them being bank properties. So I wonder if there is a problem with 'Okupus' in these buildings.

I will come to Sucina this week and ask around .

But if anyone reads this thread and knows whether there are or not  I would appreciate a response.

Thank you

We got the keys to our apartment in La Vereda today :)

It is a repo.   It was a bit of a pain from a red tape perspective and took a few months, but for the price its worth it :)

(All anti money laundering paperwork)

Cant wait to move in next week

Hi

We bought an apartment in La Vereda in Feb 2022 - we love it there… the community is friendly and the building is filling up fast both from repos and some resales …. Definitely recommend it!

All the best

Victoria and Alex

Squatters...they normally seek out bank properties.

But I don't believe from my research that there is any there

Hi it’s great to hear how happy you are in La Vereda.

We are considering purchasing a property in La Vereda (yet to visit).  Is the complex nearly full or are there still lot of apartments for sale there?

We have been told that the community fees are appx €45 a month is this correct?

Any replies about the complex gratefully received.  Thank you.
