That is indeed a big drop in price .how so sad
Yes we can see too it’s a bargain at €40K although there are still fittings to be m done in the apt
Our worry is transport . Can we live it and nagar it.

There was a previous post on this forum about taxi in Sucina
I have copied the detail, there also other taxi numbers, the nearest alternative was Balsicas about 8-10 miles away
Sucina taxi service (Neil or carol) 690913733
You need +34 in front of the Sucina number
