My wife and I are considering buying one of the bungalows on Calle Amendros in Sucina and I would be very grateful for any information about the Urbanisation it is on and the local area.

On Google Earth the property is opposite what appears to be a unused communal swimming pool and I wondered about the history of this and whether it would be a problem.

Looking on the internet buying in Spain seems to be a risky adventure but loads of people do it so it can't be that hard, However, I have read so many reports about Villas for sale without a Habitation Certificate it makes me very wary!

Any information about Sucina and buying in Spain generally would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance

Andy

Hi Andy  My husband and I recently bought a bungalow, waiting for completion. I found the area lovely, and what we want for a permanent home. I think the property you have seen I viewed, last month, its lovely, I bought in the street behind, opposite the school.  Only that we didn't want furnishings as we are able to move our furniture with us.  Good luck,  happy new year 🏠🇪🇸

Hi Andy

The unused pool has never been opened. The builder was going to open it when all his properies were sold. This belongs to the red houses in this street and a few grey ones at the end of the next road. Not sure if builder still exist.

They are some dogs in the street, but we see this as a good thing.  No break ins
