Hi all
Can anyone recommend a good pellet burner installation tradesman.
We haven't any heating & wanted to have a burner installed prior to winter.
Please only recommend good tradesmen no cowboys please.
Also an average cost to supply & fit would be handy

Cn anyone offer a home for a kitten we have 4 and they are 10 weeks old on solid food litter tray trained
two are black and 2 are cream very friendly and very cute we already have 3 cats and really cannot take in any more

Hi we are renting a property in the port of Mazarron from Jan 2020 to March 2020, with a view to moving permanently. We don’t receive our state pensions yet (my husband has a private pension and I have a business in the uk I gain an income from , we are currently looking to sell our uk property to buy in Spain) can you advise where we can sort info on what we need to do/have in place to move to Spain ie health insurance, relevant documentation, how much income needed to live in Spain, these are but a few questions. Looking forward to hearing your advice

I have seen several houses in Las Kalandas, just outside Fortuna and was wondering if anyone can tell me what its like? I will be on my own to need to make friends. There are several other places I want to visit too like the Hondon Valley and Balsicas so until I have seen these places I can't decide I don't want a property that is isolated but would like a detached property with little garden and pool.
The other question is I have been trying to get information of what taxes I will have to pay of a monthly/yearly basis like household insurance ,property tax, rubbish, on a 3 bed detached house, really all things I will need to budget for so if anyone can help I will be extremely grateful.
