Hi, we have seats booked on the 'Bam Bus' that runs from Alicante Airport to Cartagena however we have some questions about the pick up and drop off points.

Where is the bus stop for the pick up for this bus at the airport? 

We had a look around and found the bus stop for the globalia service from outside departures to Cartagena. I'm aware that this company does not run anymore but wondered if this is now the stop for the Bam Bus.

We also need to know where the drop off and pick up points are in San Javier? 

Really hope someone out there can help us!

Hello I am looking for someone to please move 7 items with a van-7 from San Pedro Del Pinatar to El Divino Apartments in Los Alcazares on Monday 1st  November or Tuesday 2nd. They are just a bit too big for in a car. Any help would really be appreciated Thankyou Mark

Just wondering what the average IBI charge is for a normal Neptuno, ie no pool etc, as mine seems to be higher than other friends with bigger properties and pools etc. Any guidelines as to what others are paying would be much appreciated.

Hi again. We want to get fibre optic internet at our property. FO is available in our road and there is a box on the telegraph pole at the corner BUT... Apparently we need permission from each home owner for the company to pass the cable along to our house (approx 20 houses away). The street is residential but primarily Spanish holiday homes which are all locked up. All the providers are saying it's impossible (I don't get it, surely they are losing money?)

Anyway, did anyone else have this issue? If so, how did you overcome it? 

I think I'm going to have to get antenna internet. 

For info, it's a holiday home which we will use in the off season & rent in the high season. 

TL:DR need permission from other homes to run cable? Have you done this? 

We have successfully transferred all of our direct debits to a Wise account and are cancelling our account with Caixa. We are non- residents and our tax office payment is by DD. Our solicitors have advised that the tax office does not allow payments through a foreign bank account, is this correct? Can we pay directly from Wise or by credit card?
