Bird and Cat Scarers

Hola      Cats   a strong smelling herb or pepper will  help       I use a bucket of "floor cleaner" with a strong scent as well

Birds?   someone told me that a "model" owl works and a "kite" (the bird) on a "pole" also works

Years ago I sprinkled a couple of packets of lavender moth balls in my garden and the cats hated them and they found another garden to use as their toilet. But of course if you have young children or dogs they might be dangerous if swallowed.
