It depends what you want from the complex. Some are happy to pay that for the facilities on offer but it was too much for us to get involved in paying each month. We were told it was €115 a month which was okish. Then nearer to completion it went up to €125 then finally the closer it got €150 was the new figure from our solicitor. So somebody was telling “porkies” to us in the beginning. Several of us dropped out because the figures weren’t clear at the start.

Mar Menor Golf resort been here 8 years permanent resident…wouldnt live anywhere else!

i have a two bed detached villa on a large plot and my community fee including use of 14 pools in 98€ a month…dont be put off ..you need to see for yourself! BTW the equivalent of council tax is 375€ a year so swings and roundabouts!!
Are you limited to when you can use the pools like in the winter months

the pools in most resorts close for winter…theyre too cold to use!!
