What do you have to do if you see a property that is being sold privately in a small town, how do you go about this not knowing the language very good, things like services , surveys, solicitors and any other things that I may ocur

You will certainly need a solicitor and usually the solicitor (Abogado) does everything for you, including getting you an NIE number that you need for nearly everything to do with money and house purchase.
I have used Eugenio Balibre at Nostrum Law in Los Alcázares for two property purchases and a sale and everything was dealt with professionally. He speaks English well so you will be told everything in easy to understand terms.
