I do sometimes wonder. I lived for a few years in Nigeria and its better organised than Spain not that I would want to live there permanently.

You should have gone to the golf club ....(4)  three course evening meals good quality for €50  ...4 glasses of wine €10.

I have been to the Golf Club but its not high on my list of eateries and its nice to get off of Camposol when we go out.

Takeaways are more along the lines of fast food and junk food, neither of which is healthy

The Mediterranean diet is one of the most healthy, containing lots of fruit and veg, but guess you may not eat much of either, if you cannot see the merits, preferring takeaways

You mite be on to something.... a Spanish Take away selling healthy Paella to Brits instead of a healthy traditional  Sunday lunch.      😂😂😂

Not paella please, its the height of spanish culinary crap. Give me a burger and chips anytime.
