I agree Camposol can be a great place to live, but it's not the be all and end all, have a good look around, you will find bargains as such all over

Hi

Yeh we have found a lovely house, we liked the area and how easy it was to get around if you have a car its ideal..

We hoping to move out mid october, to start next chapter in our lives..

Big move ...but looking forward to it..😃

Congratulations and do not think you will regret it. Obviously down to personal choice but there is far to much doom and gloom surrounding Camposol which I think is unfair and certainly does influence potential buyers - until they actually come and visit

I am getting so many mixed messages about what it’s like to live on Camposol , especially regarding the inferior build quality of the properties and the fact that you can’t get the required certificates.

I know I need to come look for myself but I am not having many positive thou

I can not believe that someone is considering buying a property without actually visiting the area first, you wouldn’t do it in the UK so why think Spain is different.

Great advice but whatever rent first stay for 6 months cost about 2,400 but what a great investment if you like it stay if not look further afield remember people saying buy now are sellers people saying do not buy are ones who did not rent and jumped first.

Once you have spent 6 months anywhere you should know wether you like it or not if unsure stay another 6 months when taking a decision effecting the rest of your life 4,000 euros is still cheap and you are still holding your money, many people we know have continued renting and not purchased perhaps they will later, I personally do not like urbanisations but for many it's a must and they fit in to that lifestyle, I prefer the finca we bought away from anything but only 5 mins to a bar and the shops, whatever wherever you need a car.
