Own a property on d23 would love a bar in walking distance as my wife has mobility issues would defiantly get our support who ever does it would make a killing good look
The golf club has a license and I would the hotel to have one as well...?
I think it’s a great idea I would use it.
Totally agree it’s a great idea but when looking to purchase in that area I enquired about the same thing and was told no chance. Good luck hope someone can do it great asset to those sectors but I do wonder why no one has done it before as been there near on 15 years
Great idea.

the laundry ran quite successfully. However when they started selling very basic foodstuffs/milk and serving drinks outside they were denounced and closed shortly thereafter. Spain is a very strange place to do business and getting permits from the local council requires a lot of patience. Do a dummy run and see what happens. There is certainly a need for a 'dammit I forgot' shop/café - it is a 6 mile round trip to get a bottle of milk.
Hi , we are on sector D . Only holiday home at the moment but would definitely use shop /bar when we’re there

ianc2 has suggested you do a dummy run????
The fines for operating illegally in Spain are quite horrendous, back in 2002 I was fined 3000euros for having someone behind my bar looking at some papers for me, They did not have a contract of employment.
Another suggestion as there are so many people saying go for it they will use it why not try a co/operative everyone putting in say 1000euro then employ a lawyer to apply for permissions for you??
Give it a try and see exactly how many people are willing to risk there money in a venture that has been tried and turned down.
While I don't think a single shop on D would stop people using the main facilities on B I do feel that there would be a call for it
Be quicker and easier for some daily bread/rolls kind of thing and if there is a bar then why not just pop in for a couple rather than have to travel to d
Makes a lot of sense but reading the responses does seem like a lot of hard work to actually get this up and running and would the return be worth it..?
