What are you looking for?

Good community, everything on site, reasonable property prices, airport near by, beaches close by, who knows? could be any where, but visit Camposol, rent, look around, ask questions, then decide.

Hello. Very new to this. Im thinking of moving to Spain permanently and want to buy there. Im Single and was a Carer for my elderly Mum who has Vasc Dementia and now in Fulltime Care. Im looking for an easy life, as stress free as possible! Interested in joining some Hobby Classes/Groups. Love good food, Cooking, entertaining.

As Im Single, safety a priority for me so any advice on where to buy would be very helpful. I love the Sea, Beach, and love Swimming and Walking.

Camposol seems to have good value for money? My max Budget €120,000 incl Tax, Legal fees etc.

I currently live in Southern Ireland and own my home.

Would like to sell here and be in Spain permanently from late 2023.

Any advice gratefully received.

Thanks a mill

Miriam

Hi, you will hear all sorts of things about Camposol, but you would find it hard to beat.

Camposol has a great community, but like many communities a few let it down, and cannot be bothered to look after things.

Safety is always a priority, it is a lot safer than the UK, not sure about Ireland, but we have breakins, and people getting mugged, no one seems to want to pay for a police station, and a few officers 24 hour. ( very touchy subject )

Lots of clubs to join, and always things going on.

It would be hard to beat the property prices here, and what you get for your money.

However, you must visit, rent, search out everything first, then decide, it would be foolish to just up sticks and buy.

You will need to look into Residency, and all the new rules on this re finances, along with health care, subject to your age.

Good luck..

Very Interested in all the comments being made and happy to give any buyer or resident an update on the current situation.

I am Phil Gelling

Chairman of the Camposol Residents Association fighting to get those responsible for the problems on Camposol,  which is no easy task.  We want them to fix what they did not complete or do properly. There are lots of excellent properties on Camposol at very reasonable prices.

I am contactable on [email protected] . Either myself or one of the committee will respond.

The situation on Camposol changes frequently as we are not the only organisation trying to improve the situation. There are many agencies looking after different issues. This is one of the reasons why we have a great community on Camposol.

Happy New Year everyone.

I fully agree.

If only every one would support what is needed, but sadly some just do not care.

Like the builder just dumping his builders rubbish from a van on the Campo, when questioned about it, he just stuck his fingers up, ( I blame the residents he is working for, they should ensure there is a skip, or builders bags to dispose of the rubbish ) again they do not care.

You and your team do a great job, every one should support you, and we need to get all sorted to make Camposol a fantastic place.

You are correct in that apathy exists amongst a portion of the population but not all. There are many who provide services and help but there are too many Nimbys, who only think of themselves. There are others who are forced by monetary considerations to do everything as cheap as possible and then you have the crooks who you can find anywhere in the world.

We try our best but it would be great if everybody put others first and we could do more as a united front.

Thanks for your support.

Phil

Any advice re buying in Camposol please? Thinking of early Retirement there. On my own. Was a Carer for elderly Mum for almost 10 years. Feel exhausted and need to get away to a warmer climate and have an easy stress free Lifestyle.

Interested in joining some Groups/Classes but would like to live in non Touristy area. Like open Markets, Beaches, Swimming, Walking. Like to Cook/entertain.

Value good Friends and good Company.  Intersted in doing a little Voluntary work to give back. Any/all suggestions welcome on any ofthe above.

Thanks a mill
