Maybe you didn't ask if you could live on €100 =£86 all in for 2 people ..but we have poster's on this forum telling people you can and it just not true...I can assure you .

Hi Chris, this forum always ends in bickering or starts with bickering. Without going into details, we live on a lot less than what Frequent Flyer is saying or Gloria. Each person is different with different amounts to spend. If you have a certain budget, you try stick to it like we do. And some people might have that bit less to spend here in Spain than others if you aren't yet retired but you can live here cheaper than the uk. Water is not expensive 47 euros every 2 months, ibi is cheap but food depending on where you shop ie if you shop at all the English shops, then it works out expensive. Do your sums before you come here and see it you can live comfortably because you can manage on a lot less than living in the uk. Good luck both

€15,000 euros a year.Sorry l didn't know that.So,basically you need at least,if your retired,a U.K. state pension,and some other form of income.Or,if your partner,say wife has a pension you should fit the criteria?What about savings?
