La Isla

My wife and I have been looking at properties on La Isla with a view to retiring to this general area and were looking for some information regarding things like if it is a good place to live long term,any issues which you have experienced etc and if there is a good community atmosphere for a couple mid 50s and quite sociable.

We will be renting sometime for a holiday hopefully on La Isla and seeing the general area.We would be bringing a car as we understand its a wee bit out of any main towns so how close is your big supermarkets,health centre etc.

Appreciate any points good (and bad)
