Getting water switched on again

Hi. We have an apartment on Condado Early this year a fault occured on our bank account that prevented payments for water to stop.going out if account. We were unaware until we were notified the meter had been removed. That was April this year. The bill has been paid a long time now but we cannot get any communication from supplier or solicitor.
