Hello,

we are new to the forum and are looking at Moving over in the next year or so. We are looking to buy a 2 or 3 bed 2 bathroom villa preferably with a pool. What’s the best site to hear of villas for sale and they more or less the same price throughout the complex?

I don’t see any recent posts - so I’m looking for property advise. We have found a fab place there Torre and I’m wondering has the property value increased much since construction ? How much would I expect to pay for 3 bed detached in the resort with a pool. 

This would be our first purchase and am sooo scared . 

Is it still a good place ? 

Is it noisy with aircraft ? Are there many family’s ?

Are the fees much? Restaurants bars coffee shops ? Friendly?
