Santiago de la Ribera is one of the best ..Wednesdays, Thursdays San Javier, Saturdays Los Narejos(Los Alcazares) Sundays San Javier..just past Iceland, Tuesdays Los Alcazares..old town..these are the biggest but if you look on Murcia Today website there is a full list of all the markets.
