Are there problems with maintenance

The apartments with the Atriums dont look as clean, as the roof of Atrium  is all open so birds come in and make mess.Rain and dust also comes in some of the arches  where windows go or not covered either.

Thanks that is good to know are there any block on riquelme that I should avoid or any pitfalls?

We have had our apartment for 5 years now we rented a couple times over the years before hand.I have not been in many blocks but the design of them are basically the same.A relative of ours has one up Egeo there block is all closed in and always looks cleaner than ours.Ours is nearer the El Cason we nearly went for one past the tennis courts Glad we didnt go for that as quiet distance to walk if you were out on a night or wanted something at shop and been round el Cason nearer to walk to Sucina Village.

There are good points and not so good points in all areas....realy depends what your priorities are. We are 1 block before the tennis courts on Atlantico which is perfect for us but a good 30 min walk from the clubhouse/resturant. Its a beautiful resort wherever you decide, in my opinion the very best in the area. I can highly recommend using London Eldridge  (Lonrah) in your search. He lives on the resort and knows all there is to know about the different appartments and areas. Good luck in your search 👍
