Yes, he is helpful but check your next car out thoroughly first, including underneath. Some years ago he sold me a vehicle which "looked" superb, but checking underneath, everything had a rust coating on it. It had been standing in water for a long time ( just after a gota fria ) and I was not impressed !.

For the record I found Specialist vehicles very rude and unhelpful........perhaps my budget wasn't high enough for them ?

I have sold my car and have already bought another one so just wanted to know if anyone had idea on costs and what was it down to such as price size of the enginecetc

The gestoria costs should be about €150, but other costs are, the value of the car, don't listen to people who say, part cash part through bank transfer, for a start payments in cash over 1000€ are illegal and your bank will query it, traffico have a valuation list and this is what is used to see how much tax is payable also check to see if the annual SUMA (tax) has been paid and how much it is as polluting vehicles are higher. your gestoria should be able to give you a complete price

I was originally quoted by a gestor 151 euros but now quoted over 600 and trying to find out the reason for this without much luck and being in Uk does not help
