Do I need an International Driving permit?

On the voucher T&Cs it says:

'Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU.

Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

Anyone know the definitive answer please??  Thanks in advance,

No you don't need an International driving licence/Permit. This was sorted in the withdrawal agreement.

This is what the UK gov website states "

Driving in Europe

You do not need an IDP to drive in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein if you have a photocard driving licence issued in the UK....
