Hard to understand why this law is necessary, if it's just re-enforcing one already working.  I was in Camposol Consum this morning with a little dog and asked to be allowed in with him, but they said he was not small enough to be carried, so no.sorry. - I see it's now illegal to tie dogs up outside, so I asked the resident beggar man to mind him for a euro.Puzzling?

No the owners could not allow dogs in as the hygiene laws from back in I believe 1999 stated they were not allowed in food establishments, in fact I could not even allow my dog to sit at my own bar internally.

But again I say this has gone way off the what the oraiginal poster said and as they were new mwembers I am sure they must be getting very confused

I'm sure you will enjoy the winter here in Puerto de Mazarron. I moved here from Catalonia in December.
