... and disconnection does anyone know the procedure for this,lberdrola have been very helpful but they don’t seem to be able to go proceed anymore ,we come out on Fri 18 looks like we are on candles for a while. Thanks for any opinions.John.

If your old meter is still in the box they will need the CUPS number that will be shown on your previous bills. Connections can take up to a week or more but hopefully, you won't have to wait that long.
