If caught they are being. Just more selfish self-centered individuals than law to enforce the fines, so some people will "get away with it" for as long as ...

Don't understand your logic. Can potentially catch the virus at local store too, so what's the issue?
The 'lockdown' rules state that you can go directly to/from supermarkets and pharmacies. I've not seen the 'rule' that states it must be the nearest.
I went to our nearest supermarket today. Absolutely manic with people queuing, etc. The next supermarket (a little over 2 miles further away) empty. Where is the biggest danger?

The point is containment! One area 2km away may not be clear and your area is, or the reverse. Travel between the 2 increases the risk of spreading the problem. As for the rule the attached is from our councillor here on Camposol, which comes under Mazarron.

You have not addressed the issue i raised. What the hell 500g of sausages is about, I have no idea.
The Government Decree states that you can go directly to/from supermarket for food, etc. Provided you do that and follow sensible 2 meter guidance, don't know what your problem is.
Same if I go to my 'local' store or otherwise.
Get a grip.

Fair enough if your local police have stated this, but contrary to the official Govt Decree.
Provided we all follow 2 meter rule, etc., we reduce the possibility of passing on the infection.
In my instance earlier, a quieter store a bit further away (following the guidance above) surely reduces the chances, rather than visiting a much busier store!

...e yor all ok..
I hope you are ok too, however you still haven't addressed my point.
I will follow the guidelines and will try to stay safe, like anyone else.
Note, there are currently NO fines for travelling slightly further afield, so why should you state that they should be fined? And no, I am not mad!
