Ovens vary in electrical supply need, eg if changing to induction for example. Ours was the cause to trip every time. Our elec bill had not been affected greatly but you need to take advice from sn electrician.

We had a similar situation at our house near Cehegin and we employed an electrician to fill out forms to apply for a boosted grade of input. He worked out our requirement and applied for us. The forms took a week or two and then our upgrade happened and we have been all ok since .
