Hi Angie, moving to Spain for any time longer than 180 days means that you are no longer a tourist. This brings you into legal or not legal status. Using a forum to get advice on what can be a very complicated subject, is probably not the best avenue to go down. The days of foreigners being...

... able to move into Spain and live beneath the radar have probably come to an end. Brexit will probably highlight many problems. You will have to look at your tax position in Spain and UK. The inheritance rules are different, the health cover is different etc etc. Spain is a foreign country not an extension of England. You really will be better off using the Gov.co site to get the latest information and take tax advice from a qualified accountant familiar with the Spanish tax system
Just as an aside ...although many do order their medication on line and get it posted out, it is actually not legal to do so. The UK NHS is a resident based system. As I suggested previously, just coming to Spain on a short term rental ie 3 months then you remain a tourist and can just see wether you like it enough to make the move and you can bring a 3 month supply of meds with you.

That's why I keeping my place in UK so can go between. Am renting for 12 months initially to see if it's for me before any commitment.
Thanks.
