Thank you, just thought if others had done it, it would be ok. But you are right to suggest an expert opinion or just have one in the garden. Thanks once again x

Hi Joseph,

Try kyero.com website to see properties for sale in Sucina .Use the filters for top & bottom prices. there are a few on there some of which have been empty for some time.

Sucina is a lovely village with a large expat. community. There are 2 small supermarkets and around 8 bars/restaurants as well as banks and other shops. Just outside the village are 2 golf courses. Its about 20 drive to the nearest beach. A modern hospital is located about 10 mins. drive down the motorway.

You could try googling "I love Sucina" for information on fiestas and events. We think its an Ideal place either to live or for an holiday home.

Cheers.

Thank you I will look in to this

best Joe

Try looking on Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort. It's only 2km from sucina village and has all the amenities you can ask for and is secure!!

I would recommend Liz McReynolds  who is a local independent agent. She is really nice and will take you all around the region. Her contact details are [email protected] tel 00 34 690 186 810.

There are lots of bargains on Hacienda Riquelme at the moment and you don't get the weeds, untidy streets and overgrown gardens you get on urbanisations nearer the town. We have a property there and much prefer it to the village urbanisation and you have free internet, feee english tv, communal pools, tennis courts, a bar, a restaurant and spar shop all on the complex.

I'd recommend giving her a call for a chat. The picture is a view from our apartment.
