I may be wrong but my understanding is that Sector C is where most of the "concerned" properties are. We are on Sector D and to be fair you will need a car to get to the amenities on Sector B, but we have no complaints with our road on D

Think properties are good value but this year the market appears to be picking up as does the tourist traffic through Murcia airport and with the impending opening of Corvera airport a lot of the local golf complexes that were left after the crash have seen building start again so it seems a...

Personally think that Camposol is a good place for a holiday home (which is how I use it today) or to retire and live permanently (which is our ultimate intention and what my neighbours do)

Think Sector C is where some have subsidence issues in one particular area (it's pretty obvious which ones these are just by looking at them!) and Sector D is where some have their Escritura (Deeds) still in the name of MASA the builders and the government won't release them until MASA clear debts owed. But from what I understand MASA are now bankrupt so it's all tied-up in legal arguments.

I am on Secrtor D, we purchased through Mercers and with the help of their English speaking solicitors we have all the Escritura (Deeds) so if that is an issue then I suspect that it has limited impact and if you use a reputable estate agent/solicitor then you should be in safe hands

No problem. Just trying to provide helpful info for new purchasers and move away from the negativity that seems to surface more often than not
