Hi all, I just bought a new matress and need to dispose of the old one. There are a row of bins outside the property, where I have often seen locals dumping large items, but wasn’t sure if this was ok. Is there an official way of disposing of large items? Thanks all.

Before Covid, I went to the office opposite health centre to get my car license form. I was given a print out to take to bank where I would pay. I stood in queue outside office and waited. Now I heard you need to make an appointment. How do I do that?

We are visiting Mar de Cristal just for a few days. When we arrived at the rental unit and looked around we noticed on the rooftop terrace a horrible smell. Trying to find out where it came from we discovered a poor puppy on the terrace next door, no food or drink just dirt, garbage everywhere along with the dog’s poop and urine all over the terrace. Obviously nobody has visited, cared for or cleaned this animal since we have arrived. This is pure animal abuse! Where can we get help for this poor sweet dog? It is very scared but absolutely loving and kind any time we check on him. Please help!

We're flying into Murcia international on Monday 13th September (Next Monday) and need to hire a car. Any recommendations as at the airport their asking an extortionate £1000+ for 13vdays. More than the holiday. 

Also taxi from the airport to Isla Plana in case we can't get a car.
