Hi there

We are looking at renting a holiday home in la torre resort but as I will be working remotely broadband will be a necessity and was wondering what broadband was like, speeds, stability download limits etc. I looked on a2z site and the fibre broadband seems to be in roldan as opposed to on the resort. I obtained a Padron from the Town Hall in Totana on 4th Dec 2020. Subsequently I applied for my TIE in Murcia City. Unfortunately when I got home I noticed that they had not returned my copy of the Padron. Could you please inform me how to get a copy of this. I don't speak Spanish so was wondering if a request could be made online? Any suggestions would be welcome!

Hello all, my husband and I are coming over to Spain from the UK hopefully in April to get the fingerprints part of our TIE’s done. How long will it usually take to then collect the TIE? While we’re there we have been advised by our gestor to hand in our UK driving licenses to swap for Spanish ones. Again, is this a straight swap or is there a time frame we need to be aware of? Hi All. I would like too know what sort of expenses I am looking at when I am going to get my NIE, Padron and Residencia. Can I get someone to assist me as I have no Spanish as of yet. What sort of expenses or fees do I encounter along the for each.
