Looking for a country house, not too rural, minimum 2 bed 1 bath (hoping 2), we have dogs so need fenced land. They are very well behaved and well cared for! Areas ideally fuente Alamo,  torre pacheco ?? Willing to negotiate the deposit if dogs are a concern!

My name is Jackie and my husband and I are selling up and moving to Spain.  We came over just before the lockdown and looked at properties in Cuidad Quesada. Since then I can see online that Camposol we will get a lot more for our money.   Alan is a keen golfer to would like to know what the membership fees are.

Hi there sussing out areas to potentially buy a holiday home with a view to.spending more time out there in 3 years when retire. What is San Cayetano like to live? Are there many UK residents and is it a good town to live and fit into Spanish life? 

Sabadell bank started charging me €15 last year for my normal monthly transfer to meet their ‘no charges’ criteria in the Expansion account. Now it’s gone up to €18! They have said that since January 1st they charge for transfers from UK as we’re no longer part of EU. I told them that didn’t account for all last year’s charges. They have not yet replied! Apparently I can pay €40 per quarter with no other charges. Or have a regular transfer DD account with no charges, but they don’t quantify how the exchange rate works with this. Anyone else found a good solution to this please? I know I can change banks, but worry about the DDs etc in place for payment of electricity, water etc having had bad experiences with that in the past. Any helpful suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Evening, if anyone has successfully paid their local IBI tax, using the Murcia Region tax payments option through Sabedell online banking. Could you tell me please, where it asks for Name or Company name, is it Agencia Tributatia Region De Murcia or Ayuntamiento De Los Alcazares and where it asks for ID. Taxpayer is that my NIF please. Would be most grateful for any help on the subject Best Regards Andy
