Hi all,

Does any one know if the Town Council is still not giving out Building / Planning permission for Camposol ?

Or are they?

Improvements of a permenant kind need planning permission, and I would not go ahead with any thing without permission, as the fines are so heavy, and of course you need the paper work to register on the purchase documents I am informed by solicitor.

Any one any ideas.?

Hi there, we have been looking at properties in sector C, my question is: what is it like living in Camposol? Initially if we do take the plunge and move there permanently, we probably wouldn't have a car. Are there local shops / markets etc. within walking distance, or transport links to the facilities? 

Is it allowed yet to give the go ahead for the installation of a pool at our home.. We understood that contractors may only work on sites where there were no people in residence. We are senior citizens and are therefore cautious about giving access to  contractors who we will certainly come into some contact with .

Thinking of buy a villa there is there any communal pools and is there stuff to  do at night it may be a rental

Good morning, I have a property on sec D and was due out next week, also again in June which I’ve cancelled both, but I’ve spoken to a pal who’s living in camposol and the rumours are that there’ll be no holiday makers this year? My thinking is I have maintenance etc on my property as apposed to holidaying so will I still be able to get there when lockdown relaxes ? Just peoples thoughts.

I am thinking of buying when this storm has passed and have joined this forum to seek the advice from the Camposol community.

A property abroad is a new thing to me so I think I will need a lot of advice.

Hi all hope you are all safe and well, anyway we are looking to buy in Spain and would already have but for the present Circumstances, we have seen a Neptuno 3 bed property on sector c on the website at a good price and were just wondering what we should be looking for in that type of house and also that district, I know from research each district has its pro/con but would appreciate first hand experience, as it’s a forever home it needs to be the right one and right area, many thanks in advance,
