Just wondered if there are any cycling groups what go out around the camposol area?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.  

We are currently renting in Camposol with a view to buying as we really like it here.  However, we have been told that the only sector A  homes have a habitacion certificate.  I know this is a legal requirement but we are being told that there is no problem buying on other sectors without one as its been ongoing since they were built and people can have utilities etc., in their own names and can sell if necessary.  My concern is that without this certificate the authorities can at any point say that the property must be demolished.  Am I right to be concerned or am I just being over cautious.

Morning everyone.  I am new to this forum and would like some advice please.  We are a couple with an 11 year old daughter and we are looking to buy a small holiday home, we will use this for ourselves every school holiday, but out of school holidays we will be looking to rent it out on a short term basis.  We are not naive when it comes to Spain, I lived on the North Costa Blanca on a permanent basis for 6 years and I worked as both a commercial and residential estate agent, so I am au fait with the legal pitfalls of buying abroad.  What I would like to know is what is it actually like living on Camposol?  Is there enough for an 11 year old to do?  Google maps appears to show its only a 20 minute drive to the coast, is that correct?  What are the best beaches around?  Are there any water parks in the area?  We will obviously come out before we buy and get a feel for the area, but just thought I would ask everyone's opinion first.  Thanks.

Can anyone advise the walking distance from arrival / departure from the aircraft to the terminal . Does the airport utilize walk on / off corridors or steps at the aircraft .

I have family coming over in June and they will need to hire a car for 8 days. Where is the best hire firm.
