Moved into La Isla earlier this year and just come back for Christmas a couple of days ago. Told by neighbour of an attempted break in around me last night. Place were called and they know who it is but…….. I’m sorry but for €200 month in community fees which include security but ain’t gonna do it.

If you are the person that has recently broken into and robbed my apartment on La Isla then obviously I wish you a slow and painful death alone. However, I would like to thank you for not trashing the property and going about your business in a professional manner. Just a couple of things bother me. I can understand the TV and associated bits of tech, but why take my grandchildren's Lego? What really galls me is the ice maker. It took me a while to source one here and now it's gone. If you could see your way to return it just leave it by the door no questions. I know you are resident on La Isla or the wider community and eventually you will be caught. The question I ask is why bother? Petty theft is just that.

Hi does anyone use amazon and successfully get it delivered to condado, if so what address is used, and do they deliver to the actual apartment ?

Steel Gate for entrance to apartment etc 

We have just had a new gate fitted to match the privacy blinds hence selling what is otherwise a really good gate which looks as new. Complete with the wall bracket, receiver catch and screws. Has been dismantled by professionals with no damage caused.

It's ready for collection but will need to be collected as soon as possible. 

Measurements are as follows -

Will fit an opening of 99 cms wide - wall to wall.

Gate measures 92cms wide x 90cms high

The wall bracket width completes the opening width of 99cms.

I am in need of a reliable dog sitter for the weekend of 2nd to 6th November Hugo is a 10 year old lovable golden labrador and is used to his creature comforts. He doesn't ask for much, walks, food and cuddles and in return he really is man's best friend. He's great company and is no trouble at all. He is great with other dogs and has been brought up around the grandchildren so has had his fair share of poked eyes and pulled ears. He has never been in a kennel so that is not an option. If you know someone who may be able to help, or you are that person, please get in touch, thank you. 

Could anyone recommend someone who could repair the lining on some curtains - got caught in patio door and tore just one of the pair .They are lovely curtains feel awful as its my daughters apartment
