Hi guys, we are relocating to Costa Calida in the first week in March and are looking for a min. 2-bed house to rent long term. 

The plan was to come over and go into a B&B for a couple of weeks and see some agents and try and get something to rent that way, but I thought I'd just ask on here. 

We are a couple, non-smoker, no pets  and are looking in and around Costa Blanca South - anywhere from just outside Torrevieja to Los Nietos, but all areas will be considered.

Wondered if anyone can help the standing charges on my water bill are around 25 euro per month before I use a drop of water is this normal 75 euro every 3 months then charge foe what ever water I use .
