I own a property on Camposol, Sector C2.
My wife & I lived there for 2.5 yrs before buying another property on Sector A. The house on C2 is now rented out.
Have a look at this map. You can select Street (Calle) names in the various sectors.
http://www.fast2016.org/fastmap/map.html
Camposol Sector C is actually divided into two distinct areas. Commonly referred to as:
Sector C South or Upper C (C12 to C16 polygonos)
and
Sector C North or Lower C. (C1 to C11 polygonos).
Some of the properties on Upper C have suffered from severe subsidence. Mostly on the outer road on C15, facing the Golf course. Most of those houses are not occupied.
Lower C seems to be OK. We & our neighbours have had no issues.
Be aware that the responsibilities and accountability of Estate Agents & Solicitors here is very different to the UK. You should check everything carefully. If they don't tell you something, you have very little comeback.
For example, we were not told about the long running dispute between Camposol residents and the local Council regarding estate maintenance & the potential imposition of Communities of Owners to manage each polygono. It's actually mentioned in the deeds, but they're in Spanish and it was NOT explained to us by the solicitors or the Estate agents.
I recommend that you have a browse through the Camposol Residents Association website. There is a lot of information there.
You should also look into the new rules on obtaining the right to live in Spain for UK citizens. Since Brexit, I understand that it's a bit more involved. You will need to demonstrate that you have sufficient resources to support yourself and have medical insurance cover. Others have already commented on that and may do so again.
Good luck.

Hi Sox,
Hello,
Tony has already explained everything to you.
The basic requirement to be able to do anything at all in Spain is a tax number (NIE) and a bank account. Then you can get started.
I'd be interested to know which houses are offered to you in Sector C. In Sector C 10, only two houses are "allegedly" still on offer. One of them is No. 41, which we have reserved, that is in the private road around the pool and the other one is on the main road No. 9 with a view to the golf course. Since we are now in a lot of trouble because everything is supposed to happen very quickly and not within 90 days as contractually agreed, it would be interesting to know whether the house we reserved will be offered again, even though we have already paid in advance. Our estate agent is Blue Med Invest and the lawyers PALS in Puerto Mazarron, who should take care of the contract. I no longer receive replies from either of them to my urgent enquiries. If PALS has replied with only partial answers to some questions, I have no answers. We have a very bad feeling and almost feel cheated out of our money.
Like Tony, I can only advise you to read a lot and translate everything (I have received forms from PALS in Spanish and Dutch!) and use them to buy a house in Spain!
Would be happy if you could tell me which houses you get updates on.
Good luck! Obviously we are not lucky.
Andy

I've sent you a private message.

Hi Tony1948 Thank you for all your advice I have done some research in to how to go about moving to Spain and what is needed ,I live on the UK mainland but come from Northern Ireland and hold an Irish passport .I did research I will need enough money to live there and health insurance and so on ,at the minute I am in contact with a few estate agents and hoping to find a good English speaking solicitor .I will have a look at the links you sent me thank you. I am a bit wary though the property I am interested in has not been sold it is a big risk. I intend to visit a few places when travel is permitted I think it may be safer to keep looking at other villages and towns after all I have read, it is a shame this property would have been perfect for me. My worry is how do I find a solicitor who is trustworthy. I am not sure what area the property is in it just tells me sector C .anyway once again thank you for your help Tony.

We bought our 2nd property on Camposol via
Corral & Alcaraz
Av. Dr. Meca, 34
30868
Puerto de Mazarrón
Murcia
Phone: 968 07 87 54
They speak English and were very good with communication.Much better than PALS who handled our first purchase.
I also have an Irish passport :)
You will have no issues with Spanish residency if you meet the other requirements.
Good luck.
