We bought our 2nd property on Camposol via

Corral & Alcaraz
Av. Dr. Meca, 34
30868
Puerto de Mazarrón
Murcia

Phone: 968 07 87 54

They speak English and were very good with communication.

Much better than PALS who handled our first purchase.

I also have an Irish passport :)
You will have no issues with Spanish residency if you meet the other requirements.

Good luck.

Oh Thank you so much for this Tony.

Thank you!

But i need a german speaking lawyer, I found one in murica. I'm still thinking about getting him involved, if only to get the deposit back.
It can't be, not even in Spain, that I follow the rules and the seller does not.

We are so confused!

Kind regards

Andy

Good morning to all,

I need your advice again in my fight for the house.
Since we are now under pressure and it is not easy to get to Spain (PCR test, flights) and we will be vaccinated for the second time in May and there could be side effects again and Ryanair won't take us, the following idea:
We call in an expert for real estate at our expense and have the house valued. If the expert opinion is positive, we would even buy the house sight unseen, hence my question to you:
Has anyone ever had an expert opinion done? And what are the costs

Of course, I will also ask our hopefully new lawyers.

I am looking forward to your answers!

Kind regards from the Germans who don't give up :-)
Andy

Buying a house unseen is a very foolish thing to do.

Would you really do that in your home country ??
