I totally agree too!

I think that that people who feel its "ok" to walk their dogs on childrens play parks to allow them to pee and poo is beyond belief! I often see it on my garden, people walking dogs off the lead and the latest being a large alsation dog peeing all over the grass that the children play on - unbeli...

...evable!

Given the amount of land we have surrounding the apartments, why are people too lazy to take their dogs over to those areas? Allow their dogs to stretch their legs properly on some of the baron land?

I am a dog owner and would not allow my dogs to continually bark and disturb the peace of my neighbours another point of irrisponsible dog ownership. I would not take my dogs out to deficate on a childrens play park as this is just disgusting. I pick up my dog's poo as it is my responsibility as an owner to do do so, no one wants to see this, walk in it or have their children play on it and nor should they have to.

I walk my dogs on a lead, not every dog is friendly therefore it is an owners responsibility to ensure their dog is safe.  If  a loose dog ran up to my dogs they would be frightened and show agression hence why my dogs are on a lead therefore keep your own dogs on a lead for their own safety. Dogs fighting due to lack of responsibility from the owner is not nice for anyone. You might know your own dog but you dont know other peoples so keep yours safe!

I also wouldnt leave my dogs out in the baking heat all day barking at everyone and everything as they are hot and distressed. Its 30+ degrees some days! Maybe the owners should sit outsdie in a thick coat all day with a bowl of water (if they are lucky) and see how that feels for them.

Sorry for my rant but your post has definitley struck a chord with me and lazy, irresponsible dog owners give other owners a bad name and in some cases shouldnt be allowed to keep pets.  I think there should be a dog-owners association to deal with dog owners on Condado (remember this is not the dogs issue, its the owners). having such an association may help deal with all the issues on-site.

Hi

There is absolutely nothing in your contact that I disagree with. Your bang on the money with everything you said and i applaud you for it.

Awesome.

Hi again

Yes I understand the health issues with exposure to dogs mess, I am surprised by the amount of security patrols around the site that nobody has been caught , perhaps its an after dark activity for some dog owners with less chance of being caught.

It's not just the public areas that there is dog fouling  all around the golf range and access routes are covered with mess.

As mentioned before perhaps dog wardens may be an idea.

Trevor

Hi

I believe when a carrot and €100 per caught culprit would be more of an incentive for the wardens and say €150 on nights as you say is when they might be letting the dogs 💩 would suddenly inject them with pace on any Patrol.

Oh wow so it is only the dogs in Spain that bark and crap lol, dogs bark dogs crap, stop blaming innocent animals when it is the owners you should be mad at.

Yes it’s the owners that I’m very very annoyed at, you can be sure of that. We have to do something about it and be pro-active.

All,,

Yes its a serious problem, especially when there is signage around all over the place and Poo bag dispensers.

I fell that it is difficult to police and enforce and as I said before filming, and shaming is a route, but could be confrontational.

perhaps on a light hearted note we should adopt this process in image attached

Hi,

We are in Condado, and we bring our Yorkshire terrier with us, we always pick up after him, but I totally agree with you, and I just don't understand why some people don't pick up after their dog foul, I don't or will ever agree to banning dogs, if they bark or foul, it totally the fault of the owners, that's where the blame should lay.

It’s the first time I’ve been back to the Condado Invest resort in just over 2 years since the lockdown. Before the lockdown the resort was spectacular and still is. However - we were sickened by the amount of DOG POO that was littered all over the place.

It made our stomach turn.

The lazy bone idle dog owners who refuse to clean up after there dogs should be fined heavily and or asked to remove there pets from the resort for good. There is ample CCTV on the resort and would really like something done about it. Small children run about barefooted on concrete and grass and let’s say do not have the thought process to watch where they put there feet. It’s disgusting & and a disgrace.
I’d like to know your thoughts about getting something done and taking steps to prevent this from happening.

The conquneces the dog poo getting into a small cut on a child…..can prove fatal.

Please report this issue to the Major or even higher up the chain
