Community fees for Condado de Alhama

I am the sales advisor in the show house on Condado, selling brand new, luxury 2 bed/2 bath apartments and detached villas. 

The community fees for our apartments are €100 per month which includes internet and International TV. I believe this is about an average price.

I know not on Condado and may be I have lost touch with Community fees.

I pay 278 Euro a year.this is on a gated community, and includes tv, gardening,  outside lighting cleaning of public areas and building maintenance. For unlimited internet and land line I pay 34 euros month but this will be decreased to 22 euros when I have the fibre connected.

This is for a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in Santiago La Ribera, all within walking distance to the beach 5 min,s 2 mins to the shops, library, farmacia, restaurants and bars,medical centre also 5 mins.

As i said not Condado but can give you a good idea, It is always worth checking as you have done, so many people think this is what you pay as council tax (IBI)  but that is payable to the town hall yearly. Have you checked the cost of that?

Community fees for Condado are approximately 85 euros per month. You then have water approximately 30 euros per quarter and electricity which is quite expensive so I have a meter installed for my air con.  When let I would say electricity will be about 100 euros per month.

My electricity bill is normally 36/38 per month water average 38 month I had natural gas installed they said would be cheaper than butano was over 50 euro month gone back to butano 0.24 cents a day. We cook by gas double oven and hob and constant hot water.

Community fees for my 2 bed apartment are about 85 euros per month.
