This is for a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in Santiago La Ribera, all within walking distance to the beach 5 min,s 2 mins to the shops, library, farmacia, restaurants and bars,medical centre also 5 mins.
As i said not Condado but can give you a good idea, It is always worth checking as you have done, so many people think this is what you pay as council tax (IBI) but that is payable to the town hall yearly. Have you checked the cost of that?

Sorry to tag in on this original question that you answered. But what community do you live on in Spain. We are interested in buying but are put off by community fees on Golf Resorts. You seem to have found a place that is much more reasonable in terms of overall costs. Are there any places there for sale at the moment would you know.
