Totally agree that most properties close to golf resorts seem really nice and most seem to offer decent amenities, but not all of them and many ceased building after the crash

Just something to bear in mind

Hi. We are on condado de alhama golf resort. It is a little farther to the beaches, about 20 mins, but the amenities are fab. Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, around 24 pools, spar supermarket, furniture shop,  about 10 restaurants /pubs all in Al kasar Square. Plus golf club house which serves drink and food, and condado club which hosts live acts, has a gym etc. We love it.

I work on Condado Golf Resort in the showhouse, we are building 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments the first block ready in March 2020. 2/3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached villas are starting to be built in November this year. So building has started again and is excellent news for the resort.

Located 15 minutes from the nearest beach, 10 minutes to the nearest town with shops bars restaurants and a great weekly market. Covera Airport 20 minutes. Plus much more on the doorstep.

The resort itself as someone has already said has lots of amenities on site. A large well stocked supermarket with reasonably priced goods, that is open every day. Bars and restaurants. A furniture shop, hairdressers, hire shop and Real Estates. There is a clubhouse and the Condado Club. This has a restaurant, gym, tennis and paddle courts There are various trips and outings arranged with Taquilla Tickets. There are buses and coaches fom the resort to other towns and functions. We also have businesses that offer holiday accommodation and short/long term lets plus Property Management companies.

No other Golf Resort has all this to offer.

I have also been told by people from all over the world that the golf course is one of the best in the world as it is the most challenging course but also reasonably priced.

We work with many British citizens every day, and some of them tell us that they started to enjoy living Spanish much more once that they moved out of the resorts. Living among Spanish neighbours allow you to learn and practice Spanish faster.

Hola check out la Serena Golf it has a super club house with excellent facilities and has a very interesting course, many societies play here.   The properties surrounding the course are many and varied we have a lovely apartment overlooking the 7th hole and swimming pool.  You can get the bus into los Alcazares with great shopping and super restaurants, walk down the end of the road and you have the beach.  If you need anymore info just  let me know. 

Is there a shop where residents posts notes etc as looking to rent on this course,I suppose sucina will have letting agents...???

Hi, I have a 2 bedroomed villa on Sierra golf, Balsicas, I'd be happy to discuss a longish let with you. You'll need a car as previously stated but there are many good golf courses around - La Finca, La Torre etc and you can see the La Manga strip from the solarium at mine.
