Can I have some of those optimism pills you are taking? Just realised, you could be talking about July 2021..

Well Peter, on 6th Feb this year, we didn't know that this was going to be the pandemic it has grown into, or were you just being sarcastic? I do however prefer to be an optimist, I prefer my glass to be half full, but that's just how I am.

Don't know about anybody else, but as soon as easyJet start flying again from Bristol to Corvera, I'll be on one of the first flights out, when that will be of course, no one knows, unfortunately.

Yes Steve, it's out of our control when restrictions may be eased, but, whenever that is, we can all return to our paradise in the sun, and make each and every day we are there count. This has definitely changed my outlook on things. It makes me realise how much I take for granted. Stay safe and sane.

Hi Diana, let's hope there's soon some good news re travel. Obviously yesterday, it was reported on BBC news that Spain is relaxing lock down for certain workers. In the UK, let's hope they don't lift the lock down too early and figures start to rise. Will have to meet up for a cuppa and a chat when things return to our normal! The updates from Condado show there is a great community spirit, (better than my village here), all helping out where possible. It's lovely to read how hard our Spar shop is working to both keep everyone safe whilst shopping their well stocked shelves, with supplies of masks, gloves and hand sanitisers. Stay well.

Sounds like they're doing a grand job in the Supermarket. Well done.

Would love to meet up for a cuppa when all this is over. We are right by the Condado Club and often in there.

Stay safe and well everyone

We are on Naranjos 3, so closer to Al Kasar and the golf club. Here's to cocktails by the pool or on the roof terrace, both of which we haven't done yet haha. Looking forward to the future, and to friendships. Take care, Jacquie. Xxx
