Hi there - thanks ! I love cats so it made sense haha! I can give u my number and you can WhatsApp me then with the detail ? It’s a 2 double bed and single bed apartment (3bedrooms) with pool just a stones throw from the beach at the furthest end of PDM. Brand new. I understand I need to get my tourist license and was wondering if the management company would guide me through that process ? Not sure how they work - monthly fee or % of the let costs ?
