Thank you for your comment, however maybe it is there firewall program blocker that is preventing them accessing the site, 

As I said in a previous post I have had, and still have no problem with contacting them, in fact I tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge all with no problem.

Unfortunately when you have a holiday home in a different country things will not always be the same as we would like, I encountered some problems, when I was living and working, in Italy and Hungary, which I overcome by perseverance. 

( have you ever tried learning Hungarian? -))

Ha ha:-) no Eduardo - I'm still grappling with Spanish & given my age I doubt I'll ever be fluent but I do enjoy trying.  

Yes, perseverance often pays dividends in these types of situations and I'm sure this gentleman will find a way. I have a similar experience when I move around but, as you said, it usually can be solved.

Yes, as I said earlier I got into my invoice by ignoring the danger sign, but the real issue here is the way this company ignore its customers. I sent two emails via different routes and as usual, no reply. Even an acknowledgement to say they had received would be nice, but they seem to treat us with contempt!

I know, it's very frustrating when you are up against a blank wall. It can drive you mad. Look on the bright side though. The weather is lovely now and life is good. Don't let it get you down.  Make the most of the good aspects of life here.

I think you've missed some of the previous input. I'm in the UK! Been stuck here since December 2019. I'm not a resident of Spain, but visit regularly in normal times. My water bills are not as expected hence the request to Aqualia for an explanation, but I might as well put message in a bottle....that might have more success!

Sorry, you are correct. I misread your post and thought you were here in Spain. Hope the weather is nice in the UK
