Thank you for your comment, however maybe it is there firewall program blocker that is preventing them accessing the site,
As I said in a previous post I have had, and still have no problem with contacting them, in fact I tried Chrome, Firefox and Edge all with no problem.
Unfortunately when you have a holiday home in a different country things will not always be the same as we would like, I encountered some problems, when I was living and working, in Italy and Hungary, which I overcome by perseverance.
( have you ever tried learning Hungarian? -))
