Hi ORAC,

Thanks for pointing out. Got mixed up. Upper C has some subsidence problems. However, not all houses are affected. Like certain parts of Calle Quesada n Martos should be avioded.

My understanding is that it is predominantly on C, but you can also see some damage on D

Yes but which PART of C?

We have a place on C2 and no problems there!!!

Think you need to just drive around the other side of the golf course to see where damage exists

As far as I am aware when you drive to the golf club coming from B then C sector spans both sides of that road and my understanding is that more properties on the right hand side of the road, i.le. the other side of the golf club and hotel, uis where most damage took place

Driven over there a couple of times and not all roads are affected but you can clearly see some of those that are

Just to correct you the properties on the right hand side you refer too is lower C which has no problems,if you carry on up the hill past the hotel across a small roundabout then the properties which are then on your left  is upper C which is where you are referring too a quick drive around it will be obvious where the problems are they range from just uneven roads to a few properties in state of collapse. This does not effect a large proportion of the buildings on upper C where people have lived happily for years. these problems developed when they flattened the top of the hill off and did not wait for the land to settle long enough causing subsidence shocking how they managed to get away with it.
