Hi there
My wife and I are looking to buy a property as a holiday home in Cost Calida in the near future and we are coming out to Murcia in early October for a holiday and plan to do some viewings of properties while we are out. Can anyone recommend reliable agents (English speaking) in the regiona they may have used previously for viewings? We are looking for a two bedroom apartment and we are fairly open to areas in the region. Thanks

Hi. I would absolutely recommended Stuart Thomas who is Calida International properties for Roda Golf if that is where you are looking. We have just bought there and he was fab. Good luck

Hi, we used Mangolink. Chris and Sally. They were brilliant, they even sorted a builder for us, who we have used a few times now in the last 12 months. Chris was also on the end of the phone, every time we had a question about basic day to day stuff😀😀

Many thanks, I've seen Mangolink advertised on quite a few of the properties we have looked at so far. Good to know they are reliable.

We bought through "The Resorts" based in Los Alcazares, the guy was called Dean, they are all English or speak English. All very professional, You can look them up on line at www.theresorts.co.uk

Paul Cherry from Cherson Properties was very good. His family's business is used by the BBC's A Place in the Sun and we found him to be very reliable and friendly. He recommended lawyers who have been very good and the whole process of buying was made very easy for us.
