...ave made 20k on their apartment is either delusional, a flat liar or must have bought at 30k less than market value (probably an estate agent and not to be trusted). They are not going up in value (the shear volume of supply dictates a downward pressure on prices). Overall it is not a very happy resort with a small vocal clique of cronies and estate agents extolling its virtues and a larger group who are unhappy. Look at other resorts where they have a genuine residents rapport instead and don't listen to estate agent bs ..
Totally agree with u we bought on there in good faith, was lied to about community charges (and you canβt find out till youβve bought) the so called clique of people running the resort, as liars and deceit you, make your life hell if you donβt do as they want, yet they can do anything they want without having to answer to anyone, one of the guys actually took over some of the resort garden for his own use, and nothing was said, unless your in their group, your a nobody and treated like scum, I had lots of run ins with them and eventually sold at a loss just to get out, they made my life hell, such a shame that they are allowed to get away with it, and as far as I can see the resort is now on a downward spiral. If it had been run properly would have been fantastic,

Mark, sorry there are such childish people on this forum. Ignore Sam James critical view. I have owned on HR for 7 years now and itβs a great place to be. Here are some recent photos around our block which has just been painted. Maintenance is good and the finances are in order. The village of sucina is 2km away with lots of restaurants and bars and we have a restaurant, bar, shop, gym, tennis courts and football on site. Itβs much more spacious than the other golf resorts. Iβd recommend it.

I'm sorry that you've had that experience Linda, it's similar to many that I've heard and experienced. I'm afraid that it isn't going to improve unless the current clique is removed

This is incorrect. The resort is run well. Community charges are available before buying. You should have been informed by the agent or asked as itβs on a resort so itβs obvious fees will be applicable. There is no clique. The committee are all volunteers and there is a community of other volunteers. Anyone can volunteer to be on the committee but they donβt get paid, put in an enormous amount of effort to ensure the resort is run well. The main thing is to find out as much as possible before you buy so you know what to expect. Itβs a great resort.

Wrong you couldnβt find out from Resortalia the correct fees until you have bought the estate agents just put on their sites what they are told from previous owners, I went in resortalia twice before we signed but they wouldnβt divulge any information. And we all know who the mafia are in there, yes they are volunteers but do it as they get away with murder.

This is rubbish. We found out our community fees exactly before we bought. Fees can change year on year as you well know. If it wasnβt for the volunteers there would be no resort or community at all. They do a sterling job

Rubbish. These are vindictive comments which are untrue or as a result of a personal experience. I am not living in a βbubbleβ as you make out. This is quite rude. The resort is superb and we are lucky to have an apartment there. We are entirely happy. I have been there 7 years and we havenβt had any problems whatsoever!
